The thing that I enjoyed most about Lauren’s classes was that there was always a good energy and flow. I like the balance of breathing and intense stretches (that we held for a while), as well as the dynamic flow. I found that her classes were all well prepared and she knew exactly what she was going to take us through. The classes always flowed well. Lauren’s instructions were very clear and I could follow each pose without having to look at the front all the time.
I felt like I got a challenging session because she pushed us but also provided modifications to the new people. I tried new poses in her classes that I hadn’t previously tried.
So it was pretty much how Lauren’s classes all came together that I liked.
